“If you haven’t visited Pollo Bravo, you need to stop what you’re doing a run here! The minute you walk into the restaurant you are greeted with a warm welcome. You can pick wherever you’d like to sit, and the waitress will bring you a menu. We usually start with the green plantains and the crispy taquitos. Each time I come (which is quite often), I try something different. Their food is always fresh and made to order. Their prices are fair and the quality of their food is out of this world! They are also family friendly, and have a kid’s menu. I have yet to be disappointed and I know you will feel the same, so the next time you are wanting to try something different bring your entire family!“

“Wow!!!! This place is spectacular. There is everything. They have any Salvadoran snack here. The owner, Mrs. Rosa, is a sweetheart!!! He's so kind. He has a charisma that not all people usually have. The customer service she provides is quality. It makes you feel welcome every time. How he treats his employees in front of customers, I loved it. I had gone at that time before because they had told me that they sold Millefeuille. Millefeuille is my weakness. She took the time to take my phone number and let me know when the millefeuille would arrive. Today he called me and told me that they had arrived!!! I am super happy with the service and her. I recommend this store 100%!!!

“The food is very delicious, a young lady who has worked there for many years is very friendly. I don't know if she still works there. I have a hard time not going, the bad thing is the long wait... if they took orders by phone it would be a lot of good for the business and for the client.“

“My father and I had gone to this restaurant after one of my orchestra concerts and I really enjoyed it. I got the bistek ranchero (steak ranchero) and it was really delicious. The sauce was just right, not too salty nor was it bland. My dad got the Jalisco plate and he enjoyed it as well. Me and my father tried each other's plates, they were both flavorful and enjoyable. The drinks are also really nice, they offer a variety of “aguas.” I personally love their lemonade and their agua de piña. The service is incredibly good, the people are very nice and they check up on you every 10-15 minutes which I find to be good service. They are people too and they also have a little laugh with you here and there which I really enjoy. The atmosphere is okay, there is TV’s where you can watch soccer, baseball, etc. Not many things to look at but overall the restaurant looks nice and clean. I will definitely be coming back to this restaurant, the food and everything else about it is enjoyable and nice.“

“I went on a weekend for dinner. Shocked at the menu prices ($18-$24) but then when the service was excellent - drink was always filled before running out, chips and salsa refilled too w/o asking for more, the meal was high quality made and presented (not microwaved) and HUGE proportions = leftovers to take home. You get what you pay for and more! I was very pleased and impressed.
Another time I went during their weekly lunch specials and the service was just as great and the smaller portions are perfect for the lower price lunch specials.
If you crave non-texmex-taste freshly made food, I highly recommend Papagayos behind BK on Scarsdale for budget friendly lunch specials with high end quality or splurge a little more for dinner and be wowed like I was. Amazing staff from front to back.“

“Had a positive experience here. The food is amazing and they are open 24hrs! It's really convenient. The cashier did a great job dealing with a rude yt entitled customer as well. It was great to see. Our friend who just came to visit from out of state said it was the best burger they ever had, and i loved my barbacoa taco. The tortilla de maiz was pretty bomb. The quesadilla my sis had was also good.“
