Ordering online and picking up at the Pizza Portal machine was the only thing this location got right. Tonight the order was 25 mins past the order time and the pizza/breadstick pizza was not good.

I gave them the whole day to make 30 pizzas for 6:30pm and I got here at 7pm they give out my pizzas that I already paid. Very very very very very unacceptable

Little Caesars needs to pay it's staff better and staff appropriately for high volume nights. Didn't get pizza until 30 min after pick up window. Better than last time we ordered for pick up and it took 2 hours.

I placed my order online so my husband could pick it up on his way home from work. Naturally, they had no record of any order placed. The place is always understaffed or employees standing around while a couple will be doing everything. I’ll be ordering elsewhere moving forward.

The most ridiculous service i have ever experienced 20 min of waiting turns into 45 min for 2 stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas, and one order of crazy puffs. Hire more people train them well or shut this sucker down. Despicable all around the wait and the line is a shame. Very disappointing im hot and bothered.

Stood at register almost 10 minutes before I was asked “what you need”. No greeting. Acted as if I was bothering him. Didn’t order because wait was too long. Won’t ever go back!

Not a good look for this area there were 6 employees on site 2 of which were on their phone. The guy at the register was nice however and we waited over 35 minutes for 2 pizza classic pizzas. With only 1 other customer in line before us this is not acceptable. DO NOT RECOMMEND food, service or atmosphere.
