They need to get rid of the people that are so damn rid of lazy people. The lady that prepared the pizza had a nasty attitude. It’s pretty sad they are in the middle of Pearland and can’t even be professional. I’ll start going to Cullen.

Depending on the day, you either get your pizza served within 15 minutes or within an hour. Never had issues with the pizza or any other stuff but the wait time can test your patience at times.

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received at your Pearland location on Shadow Creek Parkway. I visited on July 2nd around 8 PM, and Mrs. Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure every customer had a great experience.

Even though she was busy in the back assisting with food prep and managing the team, I could clearly hear her calmly and respectfully guiding her employees—letting them know which pizzas went to which customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her communication was polite, professional, and effective.

What really stood out to me was how she still made the time to greet every customer who walked in—even with so much going on behind the scenes. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made everyone feel welcomed. That kind of multitasking, leadership, and positive attitude is rare to see, especially during the dinner rush.

Mrs. Kimberly clearly takes pride in her work and in her team, and it absolutely shows. She created a great atmosphere for both the staff and customers. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves—she is an asset to your company!

Ms. Kenberly is an excellent General Manager Overall. She ensures the store is always clean, organized, and well-run. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are always fresh and available, and she takes the time to properly train her staff on how to prepare each menu item correctly. Her leadership truly shows in the quality of the service and food. Overall, I’d rate this Little Caesars a 10/10 definitely a place I’d eat at again if ms.kim there.

horrible place no matter how bad you're craving pizza you're better off somewhere else they have slow service and they dont attend to u and make u wait a while its not worth it you're better off going somewhere else

Horribly managed and don’t rely on the pizza portal when you order thru the app. It will still not be made until you get there and if you take too long to pick up your order they’ll eat it and label it as lost. Then you’ll have to sit there while they make it again like you never ordered it online.
