I ordered 3 times from Domino's a pepperoni pizza and 3 time NO pepperoni came , I give up . You win 🤣
So this time I ordered a pepperoni pizza from Little Caesars and guess what
I received Pepperoni on my Pizza . It's the little things that can make a big difference. Award winner 🏆 🏆 🏆

The facility on shadowcreek....they need more training. They need to acknowledge customers when they come through the door, not just look at them. The girl watched me come in, turned back around at the sink, continued to dry her hands then walked to the back. I had to stand there for a while until a guy came from the back who had been cooking. Then asked what did I need? I wanted 3 hot and readys. He got them but just rang it up and didn't say tell me the price or anything. When I tapped my card, he just walked away, he didn't ask me for a receipt nor did he just give it to me. I didn't even know we were finished. He left me standing there like an idiot! Thry definitely need more training on customer services ASAP! Anyone could just walk in and take what they want because no one is at the front!

Very disappointed with customer service and timing, it happen 2 times and wanted to give benefit of doubt but this is the third time that my order takes over 45 min after they sent a notification saying it’s ready.

Do yourself a favor and don’t come to place unless you want to wait for a whole hour. Staff is rude and does not know how to operate a business.

This is the worst Little Caesars location. They very rarely have any hot-n-ready pizzas. There's always a long line due to them not being prepared. Bad customer service. They leave Out people's pick up order instead of putting them inside to to go oven to keep them warm. Avoid this location if you can

They need to get rid of the people that are so damn rid of lazy people. The lady that prepared the pizza had a nasty attitude. It’s pretty sad they are in the middle of Pearland and can’t even be professional. I’ll start going to Cullen.

Depending on the day, you either get your pizza served within 15 minutes or within an hour. Never had issues with the pizza or any other stuff but the wait time can test your patience at times.

I want to take a moment to recognize the incredible service I received at your Pearland location on Shadow Creek Parkway. I visited on July 2nd around 8 PM, and Mrs. Kimberly went above and beyond to ensure every customer had a great experience.

Even though she was busy in the back assisting with food prep and managing the team, I could clearly hear her calmly and respectfully guiding her employees—letting them know which pizzas went to which customers, and keeping everything running smoothly. Her communication was polite, professional, and effective.

What really stood out to me was how she still made the time to greet every customer who walked in—even with so much going on behind the scenes. She had a smile on her face the entire time and made everyone feel welcomed. That kind of multitasking, leadership, and positive attitude is rare to see, especially during the dinner rush.

Mrs. Kimberly clearly takes pride in her work and in her team, and it absolutely shows. She created a great atmosphere for both the staff and customers. I truly hope she gets the recognition she deserves—she is an asset to your company!

Ms. Kenberly is an excellent General Manager Overall. She ensures the store is always clean, organized, and well-run. The Hot-N-Ready pizzas are always fresh and available, and she takes the time to properly train her staff on how to prepare each menu item correctly. Her leadership truly shows in the quality of the service and food. Overall, I’d rate this Little Caesars a 10/10 definitely a place I’d eat at again if ms.kim there.
