Amazing food and service every single time we go. From out of town, so a bit of a trip for us, but SOOOOOOO worth it.
Very disappointed with our recent experience at Mikki’s Cafe in Pearland. My husband found a large piece of plastic in his food—completely unacceptable and extremely unsanitary. We spent nearly $30, and he couldn’t even eat his meal because of the issue.
We tried calling multiple times to report it and get some sort of resolution, but no one ever responded. The lack of accountability is frustrating. We used to enjoy coming here, but the quality has clearly gone downhill....read full review
I was told it would be a 20 minute wait on catfish. It ended up being a 45 minute wait. After that I was handed my food without a bag., without an apology, or even a cup of water for my extended wait. The guy at the counter thought it was funny. The food is great but I guess that comes along with bad customer service: I have came here for yours but will not be returning or recommending this place.
