We visited Mingo’s for the first time today, and had a great experience! The restaurant itself is small, but has a great atmosphere with some really neat murals on the walls. We tried the rice bowl with pork belly, the brussels sprouts, and the loaded fries with brisket. Everything was delicious! I especially liked the mango pico and Mingo’s sauce on the bowl. The brussels sprouts were incredible as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mingo’s to anyone in the area!
First off let me say thank you to the hard working staff here. I believe my mother and i were the First ones here and the staff here were very patient in letting us take our time and they even recommended which dishes to try for our first outing. It was delicious! Im sorry I Dont have the photos but we were full indeed. The food was fresh AMD hot. It was excellent quality and at the very end we were offered a churro from the mgr as a appreciations. Sir that was finger licking good. I intend tocome back. Plus an extra bonus is the bathroom was very clean and well stocked. Thank you once again!!!Parking: Parking isnt bad. An amazing experience here. It's got the mom and pop vibes with the hidden gem mentality all while displaying their food like they're trying to get their first Michelin star. The worst part about Mingo's Latin Kitchen was leaving. I will be back and I'm going to bring more people with me next time.
