We love the food at Mingo's! My husband always comes back for the Cuban sandwich and I love the pork belly tacos. Love the presentation of the food as well. More people need to know about this place!
We visited Mingo’s for the first time today, and had a great experience! The restaurant itself is small, but has a great atmosphere with some really neat murals on the walls. We tried the rice bowl with pork belly, the brussels sprouts, and the loaded fries with brisket. Everything was delicious! I especially liked the mango pico and Mingo’s sauce on the bowl.
