The lady at the front was so nice and took into consideration my food preferences of what I can and can’t eat. You can tell it’s all homemade and made to order. Not like fast food so it does take some time to cook the food but that is completely understandable. It tasted freshly made perfectly seasoned to my taste buds. The green sauce on the side was delicious. Two eggs over easy, shredded chicken, tortilla chips, salsa guajillo, avocado, garnished with queso fresco, sour cream, cilantro and served with black beans. 10/10 My guest had the Migas. You get a whole chicken, rice, beans, salad, fried plantains, and salchipapa (hot dog sausages and fries). The green dipping sauce for the chicken is spicy and delicious. Great food and value! “Went for an early Sunday dinner with family and I have to say everything I tried out was delicious. The chips and warm salsa was fresh. The cheese enchiladas plate had a good sized portion of beans and rice to complement the 3 cheese enchiladas. I also tried the street tacos which are not on the menu but they will make. The 3 tacos were loaded with enough meat to fill the 6 corn tortillas they give you. Our waitress was so nice and before we could get to the bottom of our drinks she already had another coming. I definitely recommend trying this restaurant out. We’ll definitely be back!“

“The restaurant was nice and very spacious, and the waitress was very pleasant. We had a frozen Margarita and one on the rocks. The prices were fairly standard and the drinks were pretty good. We also ordered cheese enchiladas and the flautas de Pollo. Presentation of our plates was great, everything looked very appetizing. The only complaint I have is that the chili con queso is more like a canned cheese sauce than an actual queso.“
“Everything on the menu looks so good, it was hard to decide what to order! So instead of buying everything, I settled on the Bistec Ranchero. It's a simple yet delicious plate of what I believe is fajita beef and bell peppers and onions in a really nice tangy and savory sauce which was served with white rice, salad, and some very dark and tasty refried beans and 2 fresh made tortillas that were so soft and warm. Everything was great individually but after tasting, I put everything on the tortillas and made a burrito. Delicious! Nothing spicy here but lots of flavor!“
“i have been going to this place for over 3 yrs i love this place elote & raspas i agree this is the best place to go to i live about an hour away from this place never had a problem with the ladies until yesterday that i took a sip from my raspa and it was nothing in there it was dry just ice so i go back to them and i asked if they put in the bottom the juice she said yes i said i dont think so because nothing is coming out but air she then looked at me really mean and said well its raspa not water she then took the cup from my hand hard and said here she even spilled juice from the raspa on me im never going back to this place anymore it was a lady new one i believe because i have never seen her there before kind of tanned brown very mean“
“We visited Mingo’s for the first time today, and had a great experience! The restaurant itself is small, but has a great atmosphere with some really neat murals on the walls. We tried the rice bowl with pork belly, the brussels sprouts, and the loaded fries with brisket. Everything was delicious! I especially liked the mango pico and Mingo’s sauce on the bowl. The brussels sprouts were incredible as well. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely recommend Mingo’s to anyone in the area!“
