We’ve ordered a few cakes for birthdays and special events this past year. All of the cakes have met our expectations! They are homemade, delicious and the owner is so welcoming! Also, the almond croissant is delicious and hits the spot.

The Empanada Bar Pearland is a locally owned bake shop run by a New Orleans native couple. The owner is super sweet and bakes with lots of love. The restaurant offers a variety of baked goods and parties that change all the time, so visits are needed often. The selection is awesome, with many types of desserts, including lemon bars that are to die for. Other items include brownies, lemon tarts, pies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, scones, and the best almond croissant. The pastry chef will custom create desserts and pastries and will make gluten free options. The spinach croissant is awesome. The shop is very clean and organized, and pastries are fair priced and delicious. Many desserts are in the freezer ready for pickup, so there are no long wait times. The people who own and work there are always overly kind and accommodating.
