Pizza Hut in Pearland

“My husband and I were one of the 100, if not more, to order Pizza on Halloween tonight. As you can imagine the place was extremely busy with takeout orders. The staff was also bombarded with tons of questions of when my order will be ready and why it’s taking so long. Every single person was still very nice and trying to help all the customers and I loved their costumes! I just wanted to make a little appreciation post for all of them because I’m sure it was a stressful night. Thank you!“

“Rebecca is Absolutely Outstanding! She handles everything with grace and even customers that may have an overly entitlement disposition. I have a degree in hospital management and operated full serve restaurants for years.I don't know her position or future intention, but if I were Pizza Hut upper management, I would be grooming her to join our ranks.Reagards!“

“This team went through a rough night on Thursday July 11th but they didn't give up. With only three employees working they had a line of rude impatient people, who were still effected by the power outage, yelling and demanding pizza, but they didn't give up they keep going. Being that I work in the resturant industry I felt awful for them and just wanted the night to end and I wasn't even the one working. They even had one guy walk behind the counter and take pizza that I can bet wasn't even his and they handled the situation well. So sorry that they had to go through that and I hope corporate and management knows they have a very hard working team. They all deserve a raise after that night but I won't be surprised if they never return. So sorry to that team for how people acted, wish they never had to go through that because they are always so nice when I go there, and I frequent quite often.“

“Pickup was less than it could have been. Called to update order and was told it was not there. I was calling to change order to delivery to my car instead of pickup. When the man finally found my order he was reluctant to bring it to me. I apologized about the mistake and I was once again berated for not choosing the correct pickup method.

Parking: Would help to have a drive through.“
