I ordered the deal of 1 lg stuffed cheese only, 1 hand-tossed with 5 toppings and 2 orders of breadsticks. The Stuffed crust dough was fresh has a good golden brown crust evenly cooked. However, the hand-tossed was not a fresh dough, you can tell the difference in the taste. Also, the toppings were not evenly distributed. I even told the person when I picked up the pizza and showed it to him and he said this is how it is. This was not the experience I was looking for. I am not sure If I would like to order again if this quality and experience is provided.

I hadnāt had Pizza Hut in about 10 years, but out of nowhere, I started craving it. When I checked their menu, I was surprised to see how much it had expanded and was excited to place an order. I decided on the Ultimate Hut Bundle, but the real issue was my pizza.
I ordered a pan pizza with grilled chicken, roasted peppers, extra caramelized onions, light sauce, and light cheese. While the flavor was fine, the toppings were seriously lacking. There was maybe one piece or half a piece of each topping on every slice. Where were the extra onions I requested? Honestly, where were the toppings in general?
If Pizza Hut is cutting back on ingredients or instructing employees to be stingy with certain toppings, the pricing should reflect that. On the bright side, the garlic parmesan boneless wings were good, and Iād try them again. But I didnāt go to Pizza Hut for wings, I went for pizza, and unfortunately, I left disappointed.

TERRIBLE & FORGETFUL. Previous reviews are correct. If you are ordering later in the evening, you will have a higher chance of incorrect pizza and rude employees.
My curbside order was just sitting in the warmer for 15+minutes after being lied to and told it wasnāt mineā¦ there was only 1 in there. I asked 3 times for them to check.

Ordered a pizza for pickup, and there was practically no wait when I got there. I was in and out, and my food was really good. Definitely will be back again.
Someone literally needs to fire, the lightskin guy that works cashier. I ordered my pizza around 9-ish, said it was gonna be ready at 10:25pm right. Iām waiting in a really long line. I continue waiting patiently, itās over a hour now. So Iām like okay whatās going on? Then a lady walks out and yells,āIāve been waiting here for an hour already, trying to get my food, itās a bunch of orders sitting and, heās not getting them, and this guy (who works the cashier) keeps ignoring me. So maybe one of yāall ( Everyone in the line ) can talk to him or something. Now itās been over 30mins. Line gets shorter I look at my time on my phone. Iāve been in line over an hour in a half already. Itās now almost 12am. I get to the front, he goes,ā How may I help you? ā Iām like,ā Iām here to pick up for such and suchā. Heās like,ā Okay let me check. ā(looking on the computer) then tells me, āyeah itās going to be another 10minsā. Again Iām already in line waiting over an hour and a half. So Iām like,ā No Iām not going to keep waiting, it has already been too long our food was suppose to be ready at 10:25pmā. This guy ignores me and my girlfriend, and walks straight to the back.( Mind you there are a lot of orders in the warmer, and sitting next to the warmer on the counter. At least like 20+ pizzas in total. If you look to the right, you could at least see 5-7 wing containers with the receipts attached. Food was just everywhere ready. He had this long line for nothing ). Iām still waiting on my pizza, everyone in line including me, is watching this guy go fold boxes and make pizza for 10-15mins while thereās a bunch of food ready!!! Also thereās other people waiting all inside the store, whose been there since 7-9pm and itās almost midnight) Ridiculous!! This guy is the absolute worst and needs be retrained or find another job!! Had the other employees, sweating hard and working there butts off! While you canāt even do yours thatās , Take the orders, find there pizza and just give it to the customers. The lady from previously, up top walked back in and had to stop another employee and ask her could she get her food for her!! Having people waiting 2-3 hours thatās ridiculous dude!

Absolutely horrible experience here. I ordered a pizza melt without bacon. The order was keyed in right by the cashier, but the person who prepared it might not know how to read because when I came home I saw bacon in the pizza melt. I had to go all the way back to get a refund and the kid who was at the register did not know how to do refunds. He had to call his boss which took more of my time. Never coming here again. Too much incompetence.
