Over charged me $8 . Don’t know if this is normal robbing people out of their hard earn money. I was wondering why my food costed so much . Went home and tried buying same food online and it was $8 cheaper. Never going here again . Be aware ….

When in today around lunch to get a snack my dad was at the doctor just a few blocks away that was talking longer than Anticipated....so I decided to give a bit ...frist take grounds where nice clean.. Arriving in the store it was around lunch time so it was semi busy..I ordered 2 Peace with a side of fries in a frozen lemonade..after receiving a call that my dad was ready I neglected to review the order and left the store oooooh boy but getting settled in to smash my food noticed that everything and I mean everything was poorly Prepared..as well as all the Items were Extremely overcooked..after going. Back to the store and the attitude that was presented straight off for me expressing my grievance. What happened to the Customers always write
..the two workes that were there began to speak and at first I thought there were addressing me ..Now I'm not Bilingual even though I aspire to be..they made me feel totally uncomfortable 😐 the way there talked as if I was not just there ..Never give an apology for not having the q Quality of service that they present themselves to have..the Channel may quickly hand me my refund.
And brush me off as if I was bothering them..so I wanted you Popeyes I was vary disappointing the way the company here has it handled its customer service..I OR MY FAMILY, FIRENDS WILL NOT BE EATING AT THIS LOCATION..EVER ..

I am always satisfied with a good Popeye's run. I purchased tje 3 piece special. Just wished you could use your points in the drive-thru. The reward program needs an upgrade

I’ve had a few experiences at this Popeyes location, and unfortunately, they’ve been inconsistent. The food quality varies significantly—sometimes it’s overcooked, and other times it seems like the fries were left sitting in old grease and then re-warmed. The inconsistency in preparation is disappointing, as you can’t rely on getting a fresh and well-cooked meal every time. I hope they can improve their quality control to ensure a better dining experience.

This is the worst location, the manager is unprofessional, so is the drive through cashiers
The cashier's are always dirty, hanging out the window, playing...
The manager is definitely not in control of this location..
Going inside is worst, because they just look at you, no greeting, no one comes to take your order, it's really sad...

They gave me burnt tenders that had been sitting there for atleast a couple hours has no flavor and was extremely dry even with sauce

Food was fresh and hot. Lime was long but service was fast. Staff was very nice and helpful. Clean and had all available condiments.
