The wait is always long, even when it 2 to 3 people inside. And the chicken dont always be fresh

Waited in line for 25 minutes for 4 shrimp and 2
tenders and they told me they don’t know how much longer it would take to cook! They also don’t answer the phone this was a waste of time.

Very Good customer service

I place an online order and it took me longer than 10 minutes when I said as soon as possible and when I went inside to ask them you know what was going on they said that I had to wait more time for chicken and it was chicken strips so they don't take as long as the other fried Chicken and then also they told me that if I want spicy they had some and so I told him I'll take a head and go and get the spicy one well when I got it that was by far the nastiest chicken it was so tough that you couldn't even eat it you couldn't even bite it like through it and I've been sitting under the heating lamp for so long and she couldn't even bite through it that is what's horrible I'm done by far the worst facility to ever go to don't ever go to that Popeye on Shadow Creek parkway in Pearland Texas Merced make a little 5-minute trip and go to the one on Broadway maybe they will be better because this was by far the worst chicken I had ever had in my life

I ordered online shrimp tackle box buffalo shrimp got regular shrimp ordered red beans rice got mash potatoes and gravy ordered sweet and spicy wings with blackened ranch dressing got none ask for starter sauce for shrimp given cocktail sauce instead,but all the stickers on the boxes had exactly what I ordered. And the wings were not hot just barely warm. I paid too much for nothing to be correct. Not a good experience at all not happy with service at all.

Best location ever, never messed up the order. Boys are always pleasant and courteous. It's never too oily yet perfectly crispy. Think i ordered over 100 times hence fair judge.
