Always check your receipt! They will charge you for extra items or more expensive items if you are paying with cash. This is a common tactic so they can keep the difference. Very shady!

I went through the drive thru here on 08/14/2023. I ordered $13.39 worth of food. I added $1.61 as a tip for a $15.00 total. When the transaction posted the next day, I saw that I was charged $3.00 extra from what I authorized, so that $18.00 posted. From what I was told when I called the location to dispute the charge, the person who enters all tips and totals for the day into their computer has the manager verify the numbers are correct. Well, my transaction went through two people and it wasn't correct! Although the business person offered to refund up to the amount they charged me (the $18), it was after I talked about contacting the police as they were slow walking the resolution of my case. I never spoke to the manager once, by the way.I just got notification from my bank today that the $3.00 I disputed is to remain as a credit. (The bank agrees with my disputed amount.) I will never go back to this location and, possibly, Shipley's in general. I don't recommend this establishment at all.

By far the best donuts i've tried, everyone has their preference but i love these because unlike krispy creme they don't leave an after taste. They how ever are not good to reheat after a couple days they don't taste that great keep that in mind. Mom says the filled ones don't have enough filling i think they are fine and either way i prefer the glazed donuts. If u can id recommend doing super early when they are hot or warm. Tastes even better then.

I will NEVER not give Shipley's less than a perfect 5 stars....it's a hometown fave !! ? I mean...when you're other options are bland or tasteless (aka Dunkin"....or lack variety and ambiance (aka Krispy Kreme)......how can you disagree ???

I placed an order online for 2 donuts and a milk because the one in Friendswood was out of Chocolate glazed and it seems like Shipleys is the only place that makes them. I get there at the time (10 mins after I order) and they didn't have the print out and then the lady wanted to see that I paid for them after I showed her the online receipt. You can't order online without paying. Great donuts, terrible service. Please educate your employees on how the system works.

Yea I'm at this place now and the light is on but the store is locked up and there is no one inside or any donuts. The hours online and on the door say 6pm.
