See and that is what I love about visiting the Shadow Creek location, they knew I didn’t know what to get but she offered the vegan protein grain with pnut butter and etc. she was super respectful and as I looked at my cup it said We appreciate you and customer service means a lot to me as you can see I do, do reviews!🙃 By Bucces

Horrendous Atmosphere and this lady who was the manager or something was pretty rude and having sarcastic remarks when I was asking simple questions about their options. Ill admit it was my first time at a smoothie king but for sure was not the best.

I cannot say enough great things about this Smoothie King. Their customer service is incredibly impressive. They consistently are welcoming every morning I go there. To be able to have every staff member friendly every morning is a wonderful reflection on their manager/leadership. They make great smoothies as well. This one is further from my house but I go there because the smoothies are great as well as the employees.

Their service was very disappointing, I had ordered a smoothie with a sub for coconut water they charged me for it four times so i inquired abt why they didn’t give a reason nor apology they just went straight to do you want a refund . And as my grandmother was asking him that Lightskin curly hair dude questions he stood there at the system blatantly ignoring her and how we know this is because a young brown skin lady came up and smiled at my grandmother and was looking at him to answer her it was so embarrassing i had to tell my grandmother to not ask them any other questions or concerns the customer service here needs a lot of training while I’m very appreciative of the refund it was such a benign factor had they just explained why i would have let it go and yall would have my money

No shortage of customer service here. These people were so wonderful. Smoothies have gone up but still moderately reasonable in price.

Awesome crew w/ Tatiana(Manager) leading the the tank with MONSTER SERVICE!!! I didn't know anything about smoothies. Now I get one daily(Daily Warrior). I feel the difference!!! Friendly smiles and superb service go a long wayI just had to post!!!
