Annoying. I can't buy a smoothie without the staff trying to upsell me. Everytime I go, staff will try to upsell me the size or extra. Very annoying practice.

This smoothie king is my favorite in the Pearland area. The drive through can get a little busy at times so I always place the order ahead of time on the app and it's always ready and easy to head in the front and pick it up. The smoothies always taste good too.

" Eating a smoothie!!"Not just this location but mostly every one, I have been eating a smoothie instead of drinking one. I have been eating huge chunks of protein blend throughout darn near the whole drink. It gets stuck in the straw all the time... very frustrating right after a workout, especially. Can we fix this?

There is so much ice in the smoothies here that the final product is a chunky bland icee. You almost have to eat it with a spoon but you don't want to because the flavor is nonexistent from how much ice there is. It's a lose/lose

Usually they are on point you pay and you get your drink but not today. I paid and my drink wasn’t even made ?, from what I saw from my car they had three employees there. That is totally unacceptable.
Huge shout out to Rachel, Mia, and Mia (there’s two Mia’s) ordered 120 smoothies the day before and not only did they deliver on time but customer service was excellent. It was pouring raining and Ms. Rachel came out in the rain to help put all of them in my car with no care! My company and I will always be ordering from this smoothie king and I applaud them so much!

I had a craving for a caffeinated smoothie, so I popped in for a drink. The staff greeted me upon walking in. The store was clean and spacious. I ordered a coffee smoothie. It was very tasty. I don't drink a lot of smoothies, but I will definitely visit this chain in the future.

What can you say about Smoothie King that hasn't already been said? This nationwide smoothie chain doesn't focus on healthy drinks to the extent of other smoothie and juice shops. It's also not a local shop. With that being said, the Caribbean Way is a delicious smoothie. I've been having it for a long time. And if you stop by during happy hour, which I believe is in the early afternoon, you can get discounted smoothies. If you haven't tried the Caribbean Way, check it out and thank me later.

I guess I shouldn't expect much... besides employees cussing while I'm waiting on my order, I walked up and the cashier just staring at me until I said are you ready for my order? She nodded and I give her my order and she said that's it with an attitude I said yes mam. Most smoothie kings will pick up their scanner and scan my app to pay but she just pointed at the scanner. No problem. I just won't expect much from this location.

Management please train the staff well.I was overcharged for a smoothie, yes only .99 but it’s the principle.I have ordered the same smoothie for years and I have NEVER been charged an additional amount of money for substituting another fruit because I’m allergic to the fruit that comes with this particular smoothie. After paying, I noticed that the bill is a bit higher and I head in to speak with the service rep., after explaining that I order this all the time and no other Smoothie King establishment charges me for substituting a fruit he disagrees. Well, needless to say, I’ll never be back to this location and as I know they won’t miss my roughly $9 or so daily, but again, it’s the principle of the situation as he did not attempt to inquire he just stood his ground which is fine and as he said, as I walked out, “Have a great day!”, thank you Sir, I shall.
