Pick up order from HELL. The Spanish lady working today with long lashes and nails seemed very upset that I came inside to instruct how to make MY order! Glad I came inside because she wanted to put items that wasn’t on my receipt. Attitude from me explaining what items I wanted — even when I wanted my bread toasted. Isn’t that what you ask everyone? Subway had went downhill!!! So happy this sandwich was free for me.

Ordered an online order didn’t even get my chips or drink that I paid for and the sandwich wasn’t even right. Meat looked like it wasn’t cooked fully. And even with that the meat was minimal I had to literally search for it.

It was horrible I got a fly in my sandwich. and I was so happy that I was going to eat it when I was surprised that I had the fly inside I know that those things can happen but they should be more careful, That was traumatized and it was so disgusting;(
And I don’t think they did anything about it. I didn’t saw they changing the Chicken or anything.

I placed an online order with a note asking for mayo on both sides of the bread, and each half to be wrapped individually please. I got there and the guy was putting mayo all over the top of the sandwich and didn’t even look at the notes on the receipt and when I asked him about it he just stared at me. I also ordered 3 of the raspberry cheesecake cookies and when I grabbed one out of the bag I crumbled and tasted extremely old. Fresh cookies are going to be soft and definitely not taste stale and like old grease is the best way to describe it. This is the second and last time I will ever go to that subway I gave him a second chance and they blew it. Do better.

WORST SUB EVER. They barely put any meat on the bread . The bread was stale PLUS toasted so the bread was horrible ! Barely any sauce .. made very sloppy !! It was just a NEVER AGAIN for me COMPLETE WASTE OF MONEY

I’d give 0 stars if an option. Both girls looked at me very disgusted as I walked in. While ordering kept saying huh or what, well maybe take out your AirPods ! Very rude and horrible service . And my sandwich is suppose to have 2x cheese and I got 2 pieces . Also do you guys ever look at the complaints or respond ?

They need to hire people that can handle the job right and faster and be professional. They only have 2 young employees there that really need alot of practice and need to improve. Sandwich was cold, chicken was cold.
