Ignored at the drive through. I asked for diet or sugar free drink options (not an insane question to ask) and I was just left ignored for 8 minutes. Mind you this was after they had already asked me what I wanted to order. There was no one else in line (so it wasn’t busy).
I know I’m just one person so my experience likely doesn’t matter to them, but I definitely will not be coming back to any Taco Bell location

Normally i have a great experience at this location which I visit frequently. But last few times my experience has not been so great. The night crew is not very professional and if you try to order after 220am it’s a wrap. Mind you they close at 3am.

If you've never been to a Taco Bell before, be prepared to order from the kiosks and a bunch of different combinations of tortillas, meat, beans, and cheese. If you have been there before, it's exactly what you expect.

Place feels dead, I went inside to eat lunch with my daughter and nobody was at the counter, once some did come they said to order at the kiosk. Even if you’re using cash you still have to order at the kiosk. They sold have a sign if they aren’t going to use the counter at all. The atmosphere inside is dead. It’s like they rather you not come in. At least that how I felt. The food was over priced and not worth what you are paying. You are more so paying for the nostalgia of a place you used to visit when they were a better food option. I won’t be going back 👎🏿
I got my food in literally 10 seconds i'm not been kidding. Dine in too, not dive through. Shoutout out to Darrien, he made my food so fast that I thought it was someone else order.
Please give Darrien a raise, he is amazing and now I will come to this location everytime.

Workers are very rude. Order took 40 minutes at 11pm. They did not care at all about my wait time, and kept relaxing in the back. The guy that worked the taco section at 10:20pm on aug. 16 is the worker that completely ignored my order and worked on other tasks after 20 minutes, (I still don’t have my order while writing this).
