They were very rude to us. The lady at the drive-thru was very short with us just because we ordered through Uber for pick up. I guess she thought we were working and didn't need to treat us with respect. She sounded very nice until we said the word Uber, and then she just sounded completely done with us, telling us to go to the window. When we got to the window, she said we had to come in and then shut the window in our face before we could say anything. I understand if Uber is required to come inside. However, being rude just because someone has an Uber order should be unacceptable.

I've given 4 stars mainly because the menu has been reduced and lacks variety. The people are still very friendly, and the limited items that they do have are good. I would like to see more items, especially some of the older ones, come back.

I’ve been to this Taco Bell a bunch of times, and most of the time, I get my order quickly and everything’s correct. The food is what you'd expect—good for when you’re craving something quick and satisfying. Service is usually fast, and the staff is generally friendly. It’s a solid go-to spot when I’m in the mood for tacos or a late-night bite.

I came to this location last night after work a little after 11pm, sat at the speaker for a few minutes with no greeting from anyone on the other end I looked up to see if the location was closed and the closing hour was 2a. I finally said in the speaker heeellooo, a few minutes later someone comes on the speaker giggling. Looks as if whoever was supposed to be working was outside in there car, so I pulled off and didn't order anything. The standard for customer service expectations late at night should be the same as earlier hours!

My boyfriend went through the drive through to pick up an order and said that the girls working there were super rude to him. He was the only person in the drive through and the young ladies were really impatient with him, they also left the receipt from the bag which I wanted to scan for points, also the food was cold as hell. They got the order right though.

In contrast to what many people say about Taco Bell, it is actually a very nice place to get food from. Yes, the food may upset your stomach a little, but it's worth it. The taste of their food is heavenly, and the look of the food is impeccable. Whenever I'm in the area, I always stop by my local Taco Bell to get their amazing food.
Horrible !! Is nobody working ? The guy at the window was running around helping the 1 girl. Anthony I believe ? Are they the only 2 working ??? Anthony and the girl alone deserve better .

Paid for the steak and cheese burritos and got the nastiest bean burritos I have eaten in my life, over half of the crunch wrap supreme had no toppings. Most I have ever paid Taco Bell for the worst food I have ever received!!!

Horrible. They forgot 2 of my items and when I walked inside to ask for them they accused me of lying. On top of that they said they wasn’t taking orders through the drive through. once I got to the car I still noticed that they STILL MISSED ONE OF MY ITEMS. Horrible horrible literally waited 30 minutes for my food.
