The new spring roll recipe is not good. I’ve been going to Thai Cottage for 18 years for the soft spring rolls and all the sudden they changed the recipe. It’s one giant roll and they overloaded it with salad, barely any shrimp, they took out the clear noodles and added a weird cilantro vinaigrette. It’s obvious they needed to find a way to make it cheaper but charge more and they did. VERY unsatisfying.
I have usually enjoyed dining here, but my most recent experience left me truly unsatisfied. Upon entering the restaurant, I decided to buy a $100 gift card because of an extra $25 voucher. When purchasing the gift card, it took over 10 minutes for someone to scrounge up the gift card and vouchers. (Side note: I didn't expect there to be two separate vouchers, valued at $5 and $20, which can only be used on separate visits)

I do not recommend Thai Cottage on Greenway. All the reviews on here are for their old menu and Thai Cottage Greenway has a new, very disappointing, not tasty menu. You can tell the new menu is just to save money and the food there lacks the quality they still have at the other locations. They got rid of most of their best dishes and replaced them with unappetizing fried dishes. Also, they changed pad thai and got rid of the soup of the day with your lunch special.
