Wendy's in Pearland

“I went to Wendy's for lunch because it was the closest thing within walking distance. I grabbed a Biggie Bag meal, and for the price, it was worth it. It came with a chicken sandwich, chicken nuggets, fries, and a drink. All were small, but at least it had a little bit of everything in it. The chicken sandwich is very basic; you definitely get what you pay for. The atmosphere was great; the entire location was clean, and all the tables were clean. It's definitely a more updated Wendy's with a nice little seating area. It's right next to a gas station, which can be confusing when you walk in and it's all connected, but it's right off two main streets, so it's easy to get to.“

“Despite some of the negative reviews, I have to be honest—every issue I’ve ever had at this Wendy’s was corrected quickly and respectfully. Whether it was a missing item or a longer wait, they’ve always owned it and made it right. That matters more to me than perfection, because no place is perfect.

This is one of the only Wendy’s locations I trust for fresh food. My orders are almost always made fresh, and the customer service is consistent. The restaurant is clean every time I go, including the bathrooms. I’m confident that if anything ever wasn’t right, they would take care of it on the spot.

I’m disappointed they don’t do breakfast anymore, but I understand business—if the demand isn’t there, it makes sense. It doesn’t change the fact that this location outperforms others. I would choose this Wendy’s any day over the one in Pearland.

I also want to mention something I’ve seen in other reviews about language barriers. In 2025, we have technology that can translate anything on the spot. To me, that’s not a reason to give a business a low rating—especially when the staff is working hard and treating people well. I appreciate the culture here. I like hearing Spanish music when I walk in; it feels festive and welcoming. Being new to Texas, it’s actually one of the things I enjoy most about this location.

Overall, this Wendy’s does not deserve a 3.7. My experience has consistently been positive, the food is fresh, and the service is solid. I truly enjoy coming here.“

“BEST FAST FOOD BURGER PLACE ON SHADOW CREEK PKWY!!! This place never fails to deliver a quality product, at a quality speed. I have been going to this Wendy's for quite some time because it is the only one in the area, and it has always been consistent. If something happens to be wrong with the order, they are quick to try to resolve the problem and with a good attitude as well. This is the ONLY consistent burger place on this street and in this area as well. I do not like to download apps on my phone but recently I decided to get this one for Wendy's which is also simple to use.“

“This Wendys restaurant is adjacent to a gas station. The food is typical Wendy's, but the customers reflect what you would expect at a gas station Wendy's. I have had varying levels of service here, depending on which crew is working, so it's hard to rate the service accurately. At times, i've had stellar service, and at other times, not so much. On the plus side, the restaurant was very clean.“

“Service was great, manager in training was very customer service oriented. Food would of been 5 stars but when I got home I noticed I didn't have the blue cheese crumbles for my apple pecan salad. ??? which is one of the key parts of the ? for me.... the salad didn't taste the same without those crumbles.“
