“I decided to grab a dinner here after a long shift at work, and it did exactly what I wanted. The burger was great, the nuggets good too, and everything from my order was complete. The employees were nice and double checked my order before handing it over. One of the branches that actually cares about their customers. Easy 5 stars!“

“The group of guys that were working late Friday night 6/26/26 was a solid group of guys. All of them were very professional and polite. There was a homeless man at their window that they were helping out. Can't say enough about how kind that was.“

I ordered the Double Dave’s, fries, and a Cherry Coke. The Double Dave’s was filling and had a good combination of flavors, and the fries were hot and crispy. The Cherry Coke was a nice addition and went really well with the meal.

Overall, everything was fresh, tasty, and satisfying. I also liked that the meal was reasonably priced, making Wendy’s a good option when you want something quick without spending too much.

I’d definitely come back again. If you’re in Houston and looking for a quick burger, fries, and a drink, Wendy’s is a good choice.“

“I go through drive through most of the time. The workers are great and pretty efficient but they can also take awhile when making the food. Wendy's is always great and they never forget to follow my custom order. Really great Wendy's“

“I was a bit slow in telling the lady I had pulled up an offer on the app so I received a good scolding only for the offer to not work. The drink machine is always malfunctioning so you get 1 soda from the drive-thru fountain and a refill gers you dirty looks. Food is always fresh though. 249 across from Walmart near “

“Everything runs so smoothly in this branch of Wendy's because it is taken care of properly. The staff are also nice and friendly to their customers, and besides, they do a fantastic job running the establishment with how fast they process orders and how clean they keep the establishment. I know I can always rely on this place because the food is consistently delicious. Definitely will be coming here more often for burgers“

“The breakfast honey ? chicken ? sandwich had a non chicken texture. It was too dense. The honey was minimal but the breakfast fries ? always surpasses any other restaurant serving breakfast fries.

The customer service was great so the visit was worth it and I will go again but I will order something other than the honey chicken combo.“

Service We received were efficient and thorough, the lady double checked to make sure we received our correct order, good call on her part , she caught the mistake and handed our missed order.

“I went here with my friend the other day and the food was excellent. We both ordered a burger and one frosty, and they arrived in about 15 to 20 minutes. Additionally, the staff was friendly and accommodating. I was definitely satisfied and full when we left the place. I just now had to give them this review cuz they deserve it. “This is the best Wendy’s I have ever had in my life. The food was piping hot. I mean the bag almost burnt my lap lol!! the sweet lady who took my order is so professional I loved her little cookie earrings! “Food quality was good per usual trips. Customer service was adequate, they were quick but so quick that they were rushing me as if there was a whole like up of 20 cars behind me. It was early morning and i was the only one in line for a good 7-10 mins until another cust arrived behind me. I could barely put my stuff up before they handed me my items.“

“I love Wendy's. This one is my favorite because it is so close to my house. The people working there are so super nice. I would give five stars on atmosphere, but one little problem. I am so happy about the new patio. The music is way too loud to sit out there, though. I asked the manager and they tried to turn it down. The problem is, there is no separate volume for the patio so when they turned the patio music down we couldn't hear the music inside. I am hoping they will fix that.“

“We had an amazing experience here. The young man that’s assisted us Melvin. He was awesome! We were greeted with a warm welcome smile. Then when ordering. My granddaughters were not sure what they want of the biggie meal. He was able to offer the items to each one of my granddaughters of what they would like, and even suggested some things. Then he went through the flavors of drinks And sauce is needed. He was very knowledgeable of the menu and suggested great items. I was blown away with his customer service. I did compliment him on his service with us. He smiled, and his response was I actually just started here two weeks ago. That really blew my mind even more. “This Wendy's used to be one of my favorite locations. The customer service was always friendly, my orders were accurate, and I never had a reason to complain. Unfortunately, that has changed.

During my last visit, the drive-thru line was backed up while an employee appeared to be eating at the window before returning to assist customers. Whether she was on break or not, it wasn't a professional look. On top of that, my order was incorrect, and the overall customer service felt rushed and dismissive.

The one bright spot was the manager, who was kind, professional, and genuinely cared about making things right. She represented the level of service this location should strive for.

I'm leaving this review because I hope management takes it seriously. A little customer service retraining could go a long way. People read Google reviews before deciding where to spend their money, and it would be great to see this location return to the standard it once had.“

“This Wendy's is at a gas station which is very convenient. Very quite location. It looks like they're cleaning this neighborhood. I've seen this Wendy's stay busy. The staff here is very friendly and always so helpful. They make you feel welcome. I like that. We usually order from the five for five menu. They are quick in service. The location is very clean and they keep it clean. The restroom is connecting to the gas station so you would have to walk out of Wendy's into the other building. But is ok. They keep the restroom clean. Theirs enough parking available. We always look forward to going here.“

“I picked up some Chicken Nuggets at this Wendy's as the kids love them and they were hungry while we waited for our flight.

The line-up suggested fresh food and it indeed was true. The Chicken Nuggets were so hot the kids had to wait for them to cool down. I would have grabbed fries, but we got some from Chick-fil-A already.“
