This is a typical slightly upscale Wendy's with the updated interior. The five star atmosphere rating is relative to other wendy's, not relative to five star restaurants. The restaurant is clean and it does actually have a little bit of atmosphere other than generic fast food joint.Food was cooked fresh was reasonably priced and tasty. Ive gone to this wendys plenty of times in the past week to see how it is. Really good food, fries were AMAZING, burgers were bussin, toilets were skibidi, employees were nice , customer service was top notch, managers looked well trained, lobby was extremely clean, I liked the fact that the restrooms had a lock on them to show that they are dedicated to keeping their restrooms clean and safe. I've been in the daytime and got fresh hot great-tasting hot burgers with fresh vegetables for a good price.But I've also been late at night about half hour before closing time and they come off as the rudest people possible. I had put in a mobile order and pulled up to the drive-thru and nobody would answer. The lights were clearly on and advertised as being open.
