They NEVER have ketchup.... fries with no ketchup???? No thank you
The staff, especially the lady taking orders needs some training on customer service. Went through the drive thru and no one responded after saying hello for 2 minutes. Pulled up to the window, a lady looked at me and walked to the restroom. When she was done she came to the window and greeted me with a " yes". How about a welcome to Wendy's, how can I help you. She got my order wrong and didn't apologize. Kind of insinuated that it was my fault. I think I'll drive a few...read full review
