I’m a diabetic (type 1), went to the line in the drive through (8:26am). Asked if they had anything diet or sugar free on their drink menu. The lady didn’t even check, she just immediately said no. It’s rare for a food chain not to offer diet drink options so I asked “are you sure” and I was left ignored at the drive through line for 5 minutes. I eventually just pulled out. Won’t be going to a Wendy’s again. Cfa always the better option if you want good, happy, and fast service.

Food was hot. Customer service was non existent. I waited a few minutes before anyone noticed me. I placed an order, and when the next guest behind walked up, employee walked away and never helped customer. It took about 10 minutes for my order to be ready. If the food wasn't hot, I would have rated this place 1 star.

I don’t even leave reviews most times however this location is terrible. My first time going & will NOT EVER be back! My food was cold/undercooked & my frosty had an odd taste to the point I didn’t even want to eat anything after my first bite. My stomach has been in shambles since. Please don’t waste your money here! They don’t even offer to give you your money back. Terrible food & terrible customer service!

Was charged wrong & was missing my burger. When I went back to ask for my burger the only lady wearing a red shirt gave me my burger as if I was a burden “my fault” & closed the window on me!! POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. I

The girl with the crusty tongue piercings taking orders is very rude . She was very short and impolite while taking my order . I get up to the window and get my food , and i check my bag and i got sweet chili sauce instead of sweet and sour . I tried getting the girls attention but she ignored me and after finally opening the window i tell her i had the wrong sauce . She proceeds to say “no it’s not it’s the same thing we don’t have sweet and sour anymore “. how am i supposed to know that ? i ask for bbq instead and she closes the window. i wait again and tell her she has a bad attitude and she says she’s from boston. what does that have to do with anything ? i guess being from boston is an excuse for being rude . she never greeted me or was hospitable in the slightest . i didn’t get her name but she had dark brown hair pulled in a low ponytail , and some tongue piercings !

Just left there and ordered 2 frosties. They only had chocolate which I should have payed more attention to since they have new flavors on the menu. Got home and they both taste sour. Tried to call several times, but no answer. This location is never busy so I’m not sure why they didn’t answer the phone.

7.30 in the morning! & they said there system is down, some dude with a accent. He barely can speak English && he took forever to tell me that.. I pull up to the window and its on the screen to take orders!. Dude sounded like he was in the restroom! Either yall want business or not.

It took them forever to even acknowledge I was standing at the front counter. If I hadn’t waited until I was so hungry, I would’ve just walked off. No wonder the Wendy’s lines have become shorter and shorter. And this is not an isolated incident. They are rude at just about every Wendy’s I go to. I be almost scared to eat the food they’re so rude.
