Lady at register whom I assume was manager, very rude, felt rushed, and just in aww at lack of customer service, was sick with stomach ache by midnight and Iwill not recommend. First impressions last a lifetime, failed over chili fries and dave's double, seems paint peeling thru out,not clean,rude manger or register lady and service terrible

Spicy nuggets tasted like spicy mess with old oil.The fries were very good and maintained their greasiness for a while. I was very impressed. Perhaps they were just fresh fries.Their chili was about 70% water, 5% beans, and 25% ground meat. Which some people like. I like a balance so this chili was lacking in beans.I ordered a Coke Zero and it tasted syrupy; like they might need to clean their lines.Parking: Plenty of spots availableWheelchair accessibility: Several wheelchair accessible spots and ramp available for entrance.

It very important to have the rude people in the back of the building because when a customer has to encounter a rude manager taking orders with a frown and not so welcoming attitude, it displays and affect on customers. Now that my appetite is spoil I can't even eat my meal I just ordered. I felt all kind of racism come from this manager this afternoon on this day. I'm very pisst off. I ask what was his name, he tells me it, I tell him I'm not sure how to pronounce it so to please write it down so I can make a complaint on him, and he walked away.Owner please use more nicer people to take orders, no one wants there appetite spoiled before they eat!

When asked if we wanted spicy or classic, we clearly said classic yet spicy was rung up and served. The food was cold. The drink machine said unavailable on every low/no sugar option. Despite the register ad to get a free Jr frosty if purchased a $2 key tag, the key tag rang up at $3 and even with the picture of the register ad, they insisted it was $3 and nothing was wrong. But hey, the floor was clean and a Christmas tree was up.

Negative Stars for Food, Service, and Atmosphere.Charged extra for bacon on my burger which prepared and happy to pay BUT... received NO bacon, RAW meat, and OLD COLD RAW MEAT on my burger with withered lettuce.Not to mention the old cold fries.Wasn't provided a receipt.All of this after waiting a very long time at the window for my food.DON'T GO THERE!!!
