It makes no sense that this location operates so slowly. You completely disrespect your customer’s time especially if you’re in lane B. Whoever is the night manager working on August 24, 2024, needs to seek other employment. I waited over 30 minutes for a taquito meal, and would’ve peeled off if I wasn’t stuck behind other cars. Even though it was late, no doubt a long day, the cashier was extremely engaging, professional, and a joy to work with.🤩
This location has gotten beyond terrible. There's 10 people working in the back, but it still takes 15/20 mins to receive a messed up order. I'll just go back to the Silver Lake location.

Whataburger provides great service and a fabulous experience. The breakfast burgers are fantastic, especially with the creamy pepper sauce. Friendly employees deliver good customer service.
