Chef is New York trained veteran. My gf and I have now been 4 times recently. We have eaten sushi everywhere in Houston, New York and California. Yellowtail is some of the best we have ever had. This place is a Gem, the staff are extremely kind and the service has been impeccable every visit. The Lychee tea is absolutely fantastic. The nigiri here is top notch, also the pork jowl yakitori is a must. We have eaten at MF, Uchi, Ume, Tins... Yellow tail is just as good if not better....

This is the best sushi spot in Pearland. Way better than Nishiki. Their maki has so much meat. I loved the yellowtail maki. The sea bream nigiri was delicious. I also recommend the ramen and green milk tea. Already itching to come back!

Update: went back a second time and it was just as yummy. The amberjack nigiri was exquisite and rivaled the quality and taste of other high end sushi restaurants in town.

Hidden gem! I was passing through the area and wanted some crispy rice and saw the great reviews this place had. I stopped in and ordered the tuna crispy rice and the salmon and yellowtail nigiri. All super delicious. The quality of the salmon and yellowtail was amazing, super tender and comparable to that of higher end restaurants. I will definitely be back if I’m in the area!
