Hands down the best carne asada, great food, it’s always been fresh and worth the wait. Friendly employees, who make you feel welcome, which is a hard find these days. Flavored lemonades are great too, especially on these hot days.

A coworker and I were in Pearsall and wanted to grab lunch before we made our way to the work site. Gonzalez Kitchen did not disappoint. We had the #3 Burger combo. It came with fries and a drink. The Burger was loaded with flavor. You could taste every ingredient. Nothing overwhelmed the pallet with one flavor. This is well worth the trip. We will be going back the next time we need to go to Pearsall.
