I had such a great experience during my visit! I asked the barista, Priscilla, to surprise me — and she absolutely delivered! She made the best cold coffee drink I’ve ever had. “The beef chile relleno is Esta Con Madre. I ordered the beef chile relleno plate, comes with rice, beans and salad. Also, ordered a Mexican coke with a glass of ice. I cannot say enough about how the chile relleno, exceeded my wildest expectations. It was a beautiful presentation of delicious flavor, tasted like it was made with love. The refried beans were also, delicious and satisfying. Now the rice on the other hand, let's just say no to that and not do it again. The rice was not bad, but it was just there. The salad was fresh and nicely put together. I was also served chips, salsa and a cup of fideo....Mmmm..good, who does not love fideo...the chips were fresh and crispy, the salsa was a very fresh, velvet like medium consistency, colorful and a smooth medley of flavors. The maiz tortillas were fresh, warm, delicious and a convenient scoop for the beans. Carmelita's is a cozy, clean, comfortable and relaxed dining experience. The chair cushions were soft and very comfortable, that was nice. I was seated right away, I was greeted then my food and drink order taken. The waitstaff is very friendly and courteous. The next time I dine here, I will bring my side chick, and get her opinion on the rice and probably have breakfast.”

“Delicious!! I can't explain how YUM the food is. I had the tacos and they were really great. The juice from the taco meat has such a great flavor and they give you that for dipping. Also we reheated it the next day and it was even better! I highly recommend their food. This will be a regular on mine and my moms list when we want tacos. You won't be disappointed!”

“Ranc House Burgers in Mission is the best place to unwind and eat great food on a friday night. Famous Amos is the best server and we look for him everytime we come here. Great service, great food and the best Margarita drinks and Palomas available. Famous Amos makes our experience here 10x better and the live music is awesome.”
