I love coming to this place been coming here for the last six years have not had a single problem with my order. The manager Juan Hernandez is very kind of polite as always willing to help me on anything I need and just everybody there is very kind hearted highly recommend it to everybody

Ordered two Chocolate Viking Sundaes. Based on what I read in recent reviews, I was expecting an unpleasant experience to some degree. I was kinda disappointed that my only complaint is that the restaurant was hot when I walked in to order. The employees were attentive and nice.

Dear Burger King management,

I am writing to formally file a complaint regarding the unacceptable treatment I received at the drive-thru of one of your locations.

While placing my order, one of your employees treated me with clear disrespect simply because I spoke Spanish. He insisted that I move my vehicle to the parking area, even though there was no car behind me. When I refused, he began yelling at me and calling me “Venezuelan” without me ever mentioning my nationality.

This behavior made me feel discriminated against, uncomfortable, and deeply offended. I recorded the entire incident as evidence. Furthermore, when I asked for my receipt, the employee deliberately made me wait over 10 minutes, worsening the experience.

I request that you investigate this matter and take appropriate action to ensure no other customer is subjected to such mistreatment in the future.

I am willing to share the video recording if necessary.

Went thru the drive thru and the person working the drive thru was very short rude & unprofessional she was talking very fast and rushing me to the point where I had to keep repeating myself. I eventually pull up to the window and seen that her badge said Christina. She repeated the order and still had it all wrong. I have her the order once again and I asked her did she not get the order when I was at the first part of the drive thru….her response was I was busy in here doing other stuff. 😳
Hard to get good customer service these days. Please retrain Christina cause she is horrible!

Stopped in for a quick lunch saw. The $5 meal so we ordered 3 of them. The person said that the $5 meal was $7 when the sign clearly priced them at $5. I asked to speak to the manager he said he was the manager but had no name tag we asked him who was the owner he said he was. So I asked his name he told me he was Juan Hernandez. And said it has been $7 for 2 months. Think he gave me a false name. We left and will not be going back.
