Why were both bathrooms locked? 😠While we were eating, I witnessed three customers approach employees regarding the locked bathrooms and all three returned to their tables unable to access the bathrooms.
The food was decent and the restaurant was overall clean.

The manager the short old lady Has the rudest customer service with her arms crossed was talking badly to her employee. The employee was a guy with glasses had the best customer service at drive thru. Despite her yelling at him in Spanish & trying to force him to have bad customer service towards us, HE HAD GREAT patience under pressure.

Went to the BK on Wells Branch in Pflugerville TX around 9:55 I order the number 9 classic chicken sandwich with cheese. After waiting a few minutes in line the window person said it would be another 3 minutes and if I could wait on the other side of the building 15 minutes went by and finally got pissed and went to the drive thru. They completely forgot my food and me outside. This is the worst customer service. The date was 10/16/2025 don't go to this BK the service is crap

On the Classic Chicken Sandwhich- the bun is dry, the chicken is dry and flavorless, and way too much sauce on it. Just put regular mayo.

Staff was extremely rude, didn't let me finish talking, and threw a fit when I told them they forgot my drink. Did nothing to warrant this kind of behavior. Never coming back.
An ok experience but the burger was pretty bland. I didn't have high expectations but it didn't meet that for me. Will give it another chance later though.

We tried the Whopper burger and it truly felt like a lifesaver for vegetarians! The taste was amazing, and the pink lemonade was absolutely refreshing. This combo has become my go-to favorite meal every time😋

I love coming to this place been coming here for the last six years have not had a single problem with my order. The manager Juan Hernandez is very kind of polite as always willing to help me on anything I need and just everybody there is very kind hearted highly recommend it to everybody
