Stopped by to get the Addams Family Meal only to get attitude from the lady on the drive thru.
I noticed she was struggling to speak English so I responded in Spanish, hoping her attitude would change, but it only got worse!
In summary she went off lecturing me about the name of the Adams Family meals/promotions, apparently each item has its own name. She goes off and says “So what do you want?” In Spanish, so I just reply, nothing and drive off.
I had only come here one other time and service was just as bad. Stay away! Drive across the street to Wendys like I did, much friendlier staff!

I don't put less to be able to comment, the treatment right now was terrible from the one who was serving at the window, we went through because it was empty and it was to pick up DoorDash (whoever does this service knows what it's like to be turning the car off and on) Well, the lady stops Treat her with respect, something that she didn't have as an older person. She scolded us for using that access, claiming that it wasn't where we had to go without saying good afternoon or anything else. She came out like a spider, she looked like the bad guy in the movies. scolding. I only leave this here so that you understand that not all of us know their rules because we do not work under their services, the staff must be pleasant to deal with and know how to complain when something is not correct. CYNTHIA, the store manager at the Wells Branch Burger King is the most unprofessional person I have come in contact with in many years.
This manager was very unhelpful and treated me with so much disrespect it was hard for me to understand why I was spending money at this establishment at all.
I think Burger King should really take a better look at who they employ to management positions to stay competitive in today's American climate.
It makes me sad to have written this cause I have grown up eating at BK all my life.
The chicken was strangely RANCID and very little was the lettuce with some mayonnaise; which is fine 😩 But what was never fine at all was the chicken; THE TEXTURE AND THE TASTE WERE VERY FAR FROM CHICKEN, ANYTHING ELSE BUT CHICKEN 🤮 Disappointed and frustrated! 😩

Despite the fact that Google says that the store closes at 11 and the doors state that the store closes at 11. ALL OF STAFF tends to disappear by 10 o’clock. Do not come to this location, this is the third time store is empty before closing time.

Some female worker, who either was a manager or was trying act like she was, needs to annunciate, cause having an accent is no excuse for being ride when I can't understand you, and half my family speak with an accent! Annunciation, or eat humble pie and repeat yourself, dont shake your head like I shouldnt ask what you said, rude. Just was obvious she didn’t like her job. Order was wrong to top it off, and just looked a mess. LOTS of work they have to do on their end.
