Machetes is a hole in the wall spot with 2 food trucks. The food is SO GOOD. The Machete half bistek and half chicken is outstanding. Salsa pairs perfectly with the food. Rice is delish and charros beans are oh so tasty. The nachos are life changing, every time. These are some of the best quesabirria tacos, especially because of the amount of cheese. The birria has rice in it. Service is good and the food is fresh and quick. All seating is outdoor.
