sunday 9,2026 at 8:21 pm I ordered a large 2 toppings and a 20 oz diet coke. Called 4 times they said pizza out for delivery 3 hours still no pizza called talked to the manager he said the pizza out for delivery but he is short staffed 3 hours for pizza
My order took over two hours for it to get delivered, only for them to deliver it to my neighbors. I got left with cold sad pizza at midnight instead of getting dinner. I called and it took them 15 minutes to pick up the phone. I couldn’t get ahold of anyone from corporate, everything was just an ai bot that could submit a support ticket on my behalf.
Sad food, poor service, poor delivery. Terrible overall experience.
