Dominos has newer management that is determined to right the wrongs of past mistakes, like every thing it's a work in progress, but please allow us to learn from mistakes and strive to be more diligent to prevent them from happening again. The goal is to restore our relationship with our valued customers and to improve at every corner. The only way is up and there have been some major improvements happening since the new GM took over. He's an awesome manager that cares about his team and wants to help them succeed as well as improve customer satisfaction and service as a whole. Thank you so very much for your patience and understanding, we will put in the work to fix these avoidable issue in a timely manner. Give us another chance, there are times when we have staffing issues that put the store at a disadvantage. If you're interested we are hiring and looking forward to having like-minded, driven individuals to help us accomplish our overall goals. Thank you!

I have ordered from this location at least 3 times in the past few years and EVERY time the delivery is late, the food quality is abysmal, and the pizza is room-temperature when it gets here. They set the expectation for delivery at 37 minutes and are consistently 45 minutes - 1 hour later than that. Even when I complained on their site (and they credited me with points for my next order), THAT Pizza was late, not hot, and soggy. As I write this review, I just got another e-mail from them offering 50% off; but I wouldn't order again from Domino's if they paid me.

Honestly so horrible!! I don't recommend. We waited a whole hour and still left with no pizza because they lost our food. The wait time was the worst part as we saw multiple people come and go with their food. To make matters worse, we even saw an ambulance at Burger King that came and left. Then not to mention they kept dropping multiple pizzas and putting them back. I also saw a weird black thing fall from the ceiling. Needless to say I will never be going back!

Tried Dominos for the first time instead of Mr.G. Never again. The girl at the check out rolled her eyes at me and was just was so irritated by me asking for cheese and peppers. & Threw a bag on the floor to get the items. Save your money and dont bother with this location.

As I walked in it looked busy for them, but Sinikah and Samaria still managed to greet and assist me right away with a smile, as I waited I could hear Nick with so much patience training someone, when my order was ready I picked it up and sat back down while I waited for my Uber, Nick asked if everything was ok and if I needed plates, I saw he was already multitasking and told him him I was fine, just waiting on my ride, even though they were busy the all still managed to keep a positive atmosphere and helped with smiles on their faces ????
