Its is not located in this location. It is in cedar park
Very nice people.Very nice food.
Nasty place, too many bad experiences. I should’ve learned the first time. I waited 30 minutes before picking up my food and I have added another orders of samosa. I went in and waited more minutes just to pay for my order. I asked for a teachers discount because it was teachers appreciation week and so they gave that to me. I waited and waited for more than an hour, I would’ve left if I didn’t pay… I received my food and it was not samosas, they were like potato puffs, not only that but it was also super cold, even my friend touched it and she said the same thing. The customer service is just very unprofessional. They go back and fourth with you, and don’t even attempt to try and solve the problem caused by them.. They should’ve been more prepared for Mother’s Day. I left this review before, but they commented back on “their experience” that was completely different and did not happen that way, and it was out of order in attempt to try to cover up their butts!! Completely disgusted with how this was handled. They kept calling my phone number back to back, just to argue about what I said isn’t true… They switched my words completely different on their response to my review and said that I asked for a student discount and that I could not afford lunch…. First of all I asked for a teachers discount, second of all I definitely could’ve afforded it without that discount. Never ever coming here again…
Very tasty. Went on a weekend lunch. All you can eat served to you. The fish curry — I thought of it as fish stew — was wonderful!!!!! I tried a lot of new foods and tastes with their big sampling of foods. Loved it.
Ordered some food for delivery to celebrate Diwali. Ordered at 5:41 pm. They said it would be delivered between 7:15 and 7:25. I understand, it's a holiday. 8:30 Still no sign and no contact from Kumar's. I called the restaurant and someone asked what my name was, put the phone down, came back in a few minutes and said "I'll call you back." Needless to say, he never called back. So I drove to the restaurant 3 1/2 hours later, and they apparently never made the order. I get it; it's a holiday, you're busy and you made a mistake. But don't brush me off when I call about the food I already paid for. I didn't even get an apology. Rude and unprofessional. There are at LEAST 10 more Indian restaurants within 5 miles of me. I absolutely don't need Kumar's
A must try Indian place. Food is authentic and fresh. If you are visiting Austin and wanting to try best Indian food then this is your place. They never disappoint
