it's very disheartening to go out of your way for the Jacks Spicy Chicken you have always loved. To find out it was the most disappointing thing ever.
Bun was flattened like a pancake. Chicken patty was barely bigger than a chicken nugget (or equivalent to 3 ranch packets). Over cooked and dry. When i called the store I was told the chicken patties now come in smaller sizes. Beyond disappointing.

The young lady working the window about 1:45 PM is the most pleasant breath of fresh air that I've seen work at a fast food restaurant in a long time kudos to her.
