I was initial pessmistic about having my crew stop here but I had a pretty good lunch. Was surprised at how much food i was given and it tasted alright. Staff was friendly enough and the place was clean and quiet.
So I get it, it’s Jack-in-the-Box, I don’t have high standards here. The thing that killed me, was there was nobody in the drive-through, and I had been waiting a few minutes, which honestly I hadn’t thought anything about. Well then after a few minutes one of the teens comes over and asks me to back my vehicle up, so I do, despite that being the weirdest thing any employee has asked me to do in a drive through, and after he tells me to pull back up to the window he said...
I used to like this particular drive thru much more than I do currently which sparked my review in 11/2024. I respect the evening crew for being so friendly and for getting our order/sandwich details correct- we always have customer orders to make and the burgers are cooked well and the beef & chicken sandwiches are delicious. However items like fries, tacos, and our favorite churros have been awfully over cooked (with a funny smell) and mostly inedible our last three orders...
