What’s crazy too me is how I’ve been calling this restaurant since 7:40 on my drive to here. Not a single person is picking up the phone. I even entered the restaurant and called it and heard the phone ring so it’s not like the phone broken. Just a bunch of lazy employees not answering the phone.

Nobody was at the counter when I entered waited 5 or 6 minutes before I interrupted their conversation to get my food. Food was all correct but the pizza toppings were all thrown in a small 4 inch circle in the middle of a large pizza. I don't expect above and beyond from the employees, just what I overpaid for.

This store will NEVER have your online order ready in time. For maybe the past 6 months it hasn't been terribly late but today it took 40 min past my pickup time to get my food AND Noone will come out and say anything to make it right. Just make sure you aren't hungry for a while if you order.

I want to commend a certain employee for her excellent customer service and her great attitude towards customers and she also seems like she has awesome work ethic. The employees name is Marissa Gonzales. She's a beast. 🔥💥
Very bad service, the manager is very racist and they still steal her change, they stole &10 from me and she is very rude, they should change it and have people willing to work for

these folks cooking the stuff have no idea when its been sitting to long to sell, my items were horrible by the time I got home... When I tried calling for a fresh order they never never answered I called up until closing. I had to stop the follow day just to be refunded for one box of Puff instead of 2. their manger has been the worse professional person I've ever had to deal with. I had to just get out of this place. Make sure you all check your orders before taking them home. this was the Pflugerville location on Pecan St

Reviews here are a little sketchy. When I drop here for a quick pizza it is usually always fresh and delicious and I don’t have any issues. They’re pretty quick too if they’re busy and need to make some pizza.

Every single time we order here, its a 45 minute wait for one regular pepperoni pizza, the workers have no sense of urgency, no sense of time or organization, i pity the person that orders from this place, try the one in round rock for better service.
Oh, and every pizza is NOT cut.

I told the lady that I wanted an order of only fried wings without sauce, when I got them there was something that looked raw and with a very strange shape that was not what I had ordered. After telling her that it was not what I wanted, she told me that it was. That's how I left them after paying for them 😪
