Based on the reviews, Mama Bro's is a standout Indian fine dining restaurant in Austin, Texas, with good ambiance and inviting vibes. The food is incredibly flavorful, and the freshness of the actual ingredients is clear in every bite. The Non Veg Thali is amazing, featuring 16 varieties including Chicken Biryani, white rice, Bagara rice, buttermilk, and a pastry. The Goat Dum Biryani is really good, and the Nethi Kori is a must-try starter, different from the usual Chicken 65. For something unique, the Thotakura Liver Fry has a texture surprisingly close to mutton liver, and the Mixed Veg Lollipops are nice for kids. The veggie Samosas are perfect, and the chicken Samosa is one of the best savory pastries. The apricot dessert is a unique and outstanding experience. Some items were not available, but the service is great, with servers like Priya and Kumari providing spot-on recommendations and friendly support. This is a highly recommended place to show support.
