Their quesa birria tacos were cheesy packed with beef birria and serve with a side of hot consome. Their flautas were the real deal fried, crunchy, flavorful and again super cheesy. Their birria egg rolls were next level with a super crunchy exterior that is a perfect bite once you dip it in the consome. The highlight of the day was the agua fresca super refreshing which had the pineapple and mango mixed to create this amazing fusion that was elevated by the sweet tartness of the chamoy and tajin. Food truck with no seating. Easy to get to if you live in Blackhawk by taking back roads. SO DELICIOUS. Best taco I've ever had, second best for my husband. We got the taco box and the quesadilla pizza and it was more than enough food for the family. This will definitely be our go-to location for tacos. Note, dress the tacos in everything for the magic.

Man this food truck is legit!! Their menu is around the Birria meat, and it is delicious !!! Tried both their tacos and the birria ramen.. ah - was so sad it was finished ? and the consommé - I can drink it from the cup… that good and flavorful!! 100% will go back!! Happy customer here ? ?

HOLY MOLY!!!! 100% highly recommend. This place is located behind Lucky Horseshoe Cafe in a black food truck. Family owned and operated, amazing food, perfect portions and not overpriced! They do online and door dash!!! I had the Birria tacos and Spicy Birria Ramen, wow I already want it again asap!!

Long story short, if you want phenomenal tacos and traditional candies - look no further. I've found my neighborhood taco spot! Birria Empanada - 10/10 Empanada was full of beef, many places I've ordered from have had very little filling inside, but not this one! They did not go on any of the ingredients, I can't say enough about the amazing flavor in the beef here. There's definitely a lot of effort that is put into making their menu! Birria Tacos - 10/10 The depth of flavor in the beef, larger serving of Birria meat in the tacos, perfect amount of cheese and cilantro/onion with the salsa made this and perfect lunch. I ordered online and the tacos came to me fresh, still crunchy, and hot! I forgot to order the consommé and the tacos were still incredible! Salsa Verde - the superhero of this story - not to say that everything else wasn't excellent because it absolutely was, but this salsa very obviously has had a ton of heart put into making it! It was the perfect amount of spicy, great flavor and kept me wanting more!

Best birria I’ve ever had! The consommé is rich but not greasy like some. They also have some unique birria-style quesadillas, grilled cheese, and flautas. Their aguas frescas are also super yummy, a good deal (the large is LARGE - enough for two) and worth a try! The family who runs the food truck is always super sweet! There’s not a place to sit to eat, so all orders have been to go and the food has always been hot and fresh even by the time I get home.Kid-friendliness: While the location (a food truck) isn’t exactly kid-friendly… birria is pretty much liked by anyone. My young niece & nephew enjoyed dipping their tacos in the broth.
