My husband and I enjoy eating at Panera Bread, but tonight was different. The booth seats were ripped and the table was wobbly, so we found a different one with ripped seats too, but the table was sturdy. I noticed i got chips instead of a baguette. My husband went back to inquire about it and was told, “We are out of baguettes. If you don’t want the chips, I can get you something else.” - no apology. I decided to exchange the chips for a fruit cup - again no apology....read full review
The staff were friendly and helpful. I also enjoyed my breakfast sandwich very much!
