I stop by after work early Easter morning and the door was locked with a sign stating closed until 6am. What happened to 24 hour? Employees were outside confused and had to call the supervisor. When someone came to unlock the door she stated it will be a hour to set up because she don’t have cooks. I went elsewhere.I then returned with my children late Easter night. There was only one server. I get it..it’s a holiday but a 24 hour restaurant should KNOW late nights on holidays...read full review
Attempted to place an order online and was unable to, so I called the restaurant.The person that answered asked for me to place the order online.I informed her that I was unable to. She stated that she was busy and couldn't take my order and hung up on me.I don't want anything from any establishment with this kind of service.

This is one of the best IHOPs I've been to. Food, service, and cleanliness were all above average compared to what you see in other IHOPs. Our sever was kind, attentive, and made sure we knew the pancake of the month. The food was hot and good. They allowed me to make several changes to my eggs Benedict.
