I give this a 4 for design but only a 3 in flavor. If you want something specialized to looks really cool and unique like a cake or cupcakes this is the place to go. I don't love anything I've tasted though.

I wish I could give more than 5 stars. I ordered a cake and cookies for my daughters' joint birthday party and was blown away by the adorable and detailed design and how yummy everything was! But what was really amazing was the handwritten note from the owner explaining she wanted both my girls to feel special for their party so she made a second cake for free so they could each have one! I'm still in shock and so touched by the thoughtfulness.

All of the sweets were so cute, but the service was not. When asking about the flavors of the cupcakes, the cashier could only tell us the name of the cupcake not what it was. However, the cupcake itself was very moist!

My boyfriend and I tried the strawberry lemonade and s’mores cupcakes. and a peanut butter cookie. The flavors were on point!! Amazing looking place and even better looking desserts. Have to try this place out!

LaTasha here. I visited the Pflugerville location a while back and bought cupcakes, cookies, banana pudding and pupcakes. We were not happy with the overall taste of the products. There was no flavor and I feel like the texture wasn’t great. I was a pastry chef myself but I like to try out local bakeries. So today I decided I’d stop by the Burnet Rd location to get pupcakes for my dog’s birthday, he seemed to like the pupcakes before. I called first just to make sure they have them, whoever I spoke to on the phone was very short with me. I’ve been seeing comments about bad customer service and spending too much time on social media and maybe not as much time spent on baking or tasting their products. I have to agree. With that being said, I was not happy with how they answered my phone call, so I will be going elsewhere to get pupcakes. I understand if you’re busy but that’s part of your job, customers should not be made to feel like they are interrupting you.

Fist time here, was grabbing some cupcakes for a family BBQ. Everyone absolutely loved them... to include the 3 doggos we had in attendance, Pupcakes FTW!

Went out of my way to get there only to have the person working tell me, "we only do custom cakes." What a waste of time and gas. A simple birthday cake. Off to the grocery store bakery. Please don't tell me how the little shops are pushed out by big stores. They put themselves out of business like this.
Ok well I was scrolling on Tik Tok and saw a post from this owner I assume & I thought Y not. So I added the bakery to my stop and walked in. Y’all cuteNess overload. The shelves were a little empty but it was 25 minutes to closing so let’s give it a pass. If you love dogs one would only assume the little dog bones that saw “party time” is for them. Ok let’s keep going. I’m not a fan of chocolate or coconut. Ad so many things contained both. Anywho I went with dealers choice and my frien got that lil sneaky chocolate donut thingy. I tasted it to be fair but this lil fudge brownie donut delight situation was a hit. Now my cup cake. Get your glass of milk and sit on down. Miss lady, Mr. Sir she got the sweets. It was a sweet dream come through Pflour bakery @ oui_are impressed!!!

I have wanted to try this place out for a while and I follow them on tiktok so I decided to visit for the first time on Mothers Day. Since that was probably one of their busiest days, there was a bit of a line when I got there but it was worth that wait! When they opened up the line went pretty quickly. Mr. Pflour helped me out and he was so kind, he was smiling and seemed like he really enjoyed seeing everyone come out. Everything I got was delicious. I didn’t get any cupcakes but they look AMAZING so I will definitely be back.

They created 2 amazing cakes for boys' birthdays. Exceeded my expectations in the design and taste and texture blew my mind. All the parents raved over it. The kids devoured it. Can't go wrong with pflour!!We also go in for cupcakes and cookies. Seriously- make this place your go to!

I have been to Pflour shop multiple times for both their Pflugerville location and Burnet Rd. I have loved absolutely everything I’ve gotten! Their cinnamon rolls are amazing! I love that they rotate their cupcake flavors and haven’t had a cupcake there that I didn’t like. Most recently, they had key lime pies on special for Pi Day. When we found this out, my husband put the dinner he had started preparing back into the fridge and we made alternate plans in order to go get a key lime pie before the Burnet Rd. Location closed. The absolute best pie!! Their staff are always friendly and helpful. And their social media makes me laugh daily. So glad to have a locally woman-owned bakery with such amazing consistency here in Pflugerville!
