The donuts and the kolaches were amazing. However the workers always look like they don't want to be there and seems like an inconvenience to them whenever someone does show up. They need to learn customer service skills for sure.

I promised some of my students to bring donut so this place it’s close to where I live and on my way to work. Unfortunately my experience was very bad, the lady who took of my order was not friendly she actually appeared annoying to work this early, her apariencia was not appropriate a food business( sandals, pijamas shorts, her hair was not cover as per food handlers) the place did not look appealing. I make me feel guilty buying it from this place but for my surprise donuts where tasty. Business owners need be more aware who they hired.

The service is TERRIBLE! The ENTIRE wait staff act like they cant open their mouths to speak or speak up. Hardly a 'Hi'- they make it so awkward when they open the drive thru window and just look at you waiting to take your order. Always look miserable- yall need to get educated in customer service.

MY CINNAMON ROLL WASNT COOKED FULLY I REPEAT THE INSIDE WAS JUST RAW AND DOUGH !!!! these people do not try at all it was all messy the donuts i got too were all messy like the frosting was all over the place and looked old the donuts look rushed im telling you these are NOT fresh either ass place buy from somewhere else anywhere else would be way better than here…. wish i could get a refund throwing this cinnamon roll away. Do better jeez if you’re gonna run a donut shop at least try gosh.

It's good. Highly recommend the jalapeño & cheese kolaches. Service is quick & to the point. No-nonsense ladies running the show, it's good stuff. Usually stop here for a quick bite and I'm never disappointed. Chocolate milk & 2 kolaches is the go-to order and it's cheap, filling, and great.

If you want to go to this shipleys don't go to because it is out of business. But other shipleys are open and amazing. My favorite it the the glazed chocolate filled perfect amount of glaze and a little too much chocolate filling.

I am from Houston and my Mom and Grandma always took me to shipleys as a kid. When I moved to Pflugerville and saw there is one down the street from where I live, I was so thrilled!! I come here often to keep the tradition going with my daughter and, every single time I go, the workers have big attitudes and seem so bothered. It makes me sad because it takes out of the fun experience I grew up, and because I treat them with such kindness! A little disappointing but i’ll forever remain 10 toes down for Shipleys!!

Idk if the older lady who i always see behind the counter owns the place , but she is just awful. No welcome, no smile, nobody said one word to me when I picked up my online order this AM. This is my 3rd time here and I never feel welcome. Someone needs to train these employees on what customer service is and let them know if there are no customers you have no job!
