I am reluctantly writing this negative review. My large family and I have been eating at this restaurant for years. Probably since it opened. We have always had a positive experience until recently.

At our hibachi table, we waited an hour and 15 minutes and only got drinks. The chef was a no-show and our waitress was helpless. Meanwhile, over at the next grill The manager and the cook were very busy taking alcohol shots with the customers that kept buying them bottles sake.
I personally witnessed the employee consume three alcoholic beverages while working. Then the manager joined the party and he consumed his own.

Sat there for 1hr and 15 minutes. Never gave us any updates. Never got the order. Asked for manager who then proceeded to run from me and into kitchen. We watched the chef and manager at the table top next to us enjoy plenty of shots with the group with blatant disregard to other patrons in the establishment! Absolutely terrible! But dont worry they brought crap edamame as consolation….. joke…
