Catering for a wedding of 150 ppl and only 1 of 2 taco trucks showed up, no advance notice. All you can eat tacos was a joke, took an hour of waiting in line to get 1st serving. Pastor spit was not working, had to cut meat from spit and cook on grill. Menu included beef tacos but they didn't bring beef to serve. This was a waste of money and I would caution catering from tacoman 512. Buyer beware: this tends to be MO for tacoman 512. Grandkids are running this business into ground.

Really great atmosphere here. Thereās aā¦club? nearby that was playing music and the people are super nice. Definitely order your tacos āTomās wayā with the cheese, and donāt be shy with the sauces as their not too hot. Classic Mexican cokes and ask for a strawberry with your watermelon aguas frescas. Very nice combo.

If you're looking for an amazing vendor for an event, TacoMan512 should be your choice. We had about 150 people, and they were prepped before the event, it took about 30 seconds for each individual to get their tacos, and everyone loved the food with the various toppings. First class service and food.

If youāre having an event, check out TacoMan512, you will not be disappointed. We had TacoMan512 provide food for a corporate event and had an amazing experience. The plan was to have them set up in the courtyard so we could take advantage of the longer daylight hours and nice spring temps. However, it rained ALL day. That didnāt stop Adela, Marcus, and AJ. In the rain, they brought in the food carts, set up a fun, festive atmosphere, prepared the most delicious tacos and aqua frescas, and they NEVER lost their smiles. Win-win!! A crew that is easy to work with, delicious food in a fun environment. People are still talking about this party. Look forward to working with them again!

Because I didn't try it.My girlfriend and I went to the "soft opening" of TacoMan512 and we were so excited to have a new place to visit in Pflugerville. We expected it to be crowded and we equally anticipated some imperfections being the opening night.Upon arrival, the place was popping, tons of people, danceable music and great atmosphere. Our faces lit up immediately. We promptly get in line to order food and drinks, our drinks were served upon payment and we had those to enjoy while we waited for our food. The aguafrescas were incredible admittedly and we suggest trying them if you dare to visit.30 minutes go by, we've finished our drinks... There is a hoard of people anxiously waiting by the servers window whining that it's it's been forever and how much longer until our orders are ready?!My girlfriend and I figured it's time to get a 2nd drink (with alcohol this time) because our wait will probably be a little longer and this place doesn't seem to have it's stuff together. We ordered a pair of margaritas and the bartender gave us tequila and pineapple juice instead and sent us on our way. We didn't care to make a fuss about it because it was slammed and we just wanted our food... Another 40 minutes have passed and it's been over an HOUR. I ask the poor guy getting hastled by all the customers behind the window "How many orders ahead of this ticket here" as I showed him my receipt... At least 10 he said. I gave my ticket to a family of three behind me and said they could enjoy my four tacos for free if they were willing to wait.There is absolutely zero reason why it would take at least an hour and 30 minutes to get 4 street tacos. There is no doubt that this was the incompetently planned. We left without eating the dinner that we paid for, took the L, and felt like we just experienced a modern-day Fyre fest. Yikes.

My apartment complex had an event regarding new internetā¦ I went for the free tacos.The pastor was genuinely the best street taco Iāve had in a long time. Very flavorful. The agua fresca was tasty too.Staff was very nice for it being 15 minutes before they packed up!Looking forward to the full restaurant that they will be opening.Thanks yāall!

We had TacoMan 512 cater our wedding and everything they provided was an absolute hit for all of our guests! We had so many people compliment the tacos and the agua frescas and say that it was such an amazing alternative to the typical wedding food. A few of our guests even said that it was some of the best el pastor tacos they have ever had. They have a pretty awesome looking food truck as well that really elevated the vibe. We 100% would recommend them for a simple bite to eat as well as any event!
