Dined in at noon on a tuesday. Empty when i got there. Server was really nice, does her job well. Food though... perhaps i got unlucky. Barbacoa was dry somehow, green salsa was stale (still ate some because it was actually spicy though), charro beans were watery and unseasoned. Overall not a horrible experience, food was really quick, id eat here again at some point but i was not immediately impressed.
I ordered pozole, caldo de res, one barbacoa taco and one fajita taco. The pozole was amazing, absolutely delicious! The barbacoa taco was also just perfect, meat was incredible! The fajita taco, ehh it was a basic fajita taco but still good. The extras they give you such as tortillas, cilantro, onions and radishes for the pozole are great! Some seriously good - like home style tacos. Great portions and free chips and salsa when you dine in. Feels like you are at a friends house in Mexico vs a taco place. Staff is friendly and make you feel at home. I always get the barbacoa but their chicken fajita tacos are just as good. Home made salsa. Home made chips. Worth trying
