I asked for a road kill that I had previously asked for that they forgot to bring me, and the girl that was helping us instead of bring me the road kill he took it off the thing. So I basically just when there to eat a salad!?

Well, this is my first and last time going to Texas roadhouse. I ordered a ribeye thinking how could anyone get that wrong and boy did they ever. It was thin, tough, fatty, and grizzly. They did manage to cook it to a medium rare so that part was I guess a positive. Unbelievably bad and possibly the worst thing I’ve ever had.

A cool spot. The food was really good, prices are reasonable. Parking was extremely easy. It's a little loud inside and a bit distracting, but it has kind of a fun atmosphere.

Checking in is horrible here. Wait time for 2 people is longer than those with more people.
Some people think they’re checked in, and they’re actually not. Just waiting around for no reason until you speak to a manager.

They let us wait over one hour and then say their systems have problems need to wait longer. They even don’t let us know until we keep asking

In my biased opinion I haven't had a bad experience here yet. Even other first day, the lovely lady help me pick out not just one delicious serlion, but second one for my father, and two more for my sisters. Our waiter expertly took our (16 topper) orders. We scheduled ahead because of the birthday celebration, however if arrive with lager groups and the staff never send us away. I tip my hat to the cooks/chefs for delicious food not at all diminished in quality. We are a noisy family, so my apologies for disturbing the other patrons if they were wanting a more relaxed meal.

My glambaby received a card from the dentist for her to have a free meal on the purchase of a entree.When we go in it's negative from the jump. We are told it would be 50mins before seating.We walk to the restroom and see open tables on the way to and from the restroom.I ask for a manger and I have the pleasure of meeting Hannah.I explain to her what I see and immediately she starts with the excuses we have swing shifts we have people coming in we have people getting off some don't walk into the floor some do walk them to the floor and on and on.Its not on the customer that you fix the schedule that way on a Friday night during the holidays.Hannah does go to the front and move things around and we are seated in half the time.Now the server grabs the bread and peanut, he walks over calls my name now my problem gets worse.He is talking to me over my bread.I explain to him that that is not sanitary to talk over my food he turns and he replaces the bread back up under the heat lamps I asked him is that customary for you to talk over the food and then place it back up there to serve it to another guest after I'm telling you I don't want it.Im greeted by a manger that tries to make it seem better but it doesn't.Our hostess is extremely rude as she approaches the table.Im not in a hurry but she is rushing me so I order a blossom onion and two waters it comes out but it's to salty to eat.I place my granddaughter order.She comes back and she is dry and still rushing me.I know longer want to eat here.She removed my coupon and walks away.She comes back and proceeds to tell me what I've already read on the coupon.Im on my phone.She walks away and we get up and proceed to the front.Here comes Hannah stating where is she as if we are trying to leave calling security I state I'm right here can we please walk to the front so I can get out of the walk way with my granddaughter. Hannah is talking to me and I do state we need to move towards the front out of the way, she says you need to lower your voice, Hannah I'm not your child and my voice wasn't raised I have a 4yr old with me and we need to get out of the way.Hannah is not listening We never want to come here again.We didn't touch the plate, we don't ever want to eat there again.Hannah keeps the coupon my granddaughter's free coupon and remove the child entree from the ticket and my granddaughter hands her the blue lemonade to her now Hannah realizes at that moment she has set a negative impact on a 4yr old and wants to make it right now. No ty Hannah we weren't stealing we just weren't happy with the service at the location we weren't happy with the way that you handled the food and we also were not happy with the way that you spoke to us as if we were trying to steal some chicken and fries.

The Roadhouse is a spot we visit frequently love the servers they are pretty nice and friendly. The food is always great. Definitely recommend it
