The waiter Sonja did an excellent job this evening dealing with a table of six. Sonja customer service was great and the food was good. Sonja was on point about the drinks that we ordered and they were very good. Keep up the great work we enjoyed the entire experience.

It was in 2021 when my son and daughter his wife was living out there and I visited them.

We showed up right when they opened on a Sunday with a party of 7 adults and 2 babies (1-1.5 years old). The restaurant was less than half full when they went to sit us. When they brought us to our table, they brought us to two separate booths about 8 feet away from each other. We asked if we could have a table together instead of having two tables separated by an 8 foot gap. We pointed out three separate options that could work, and they didn’t accommodate us at all. As an example, we saw an empty 4 person table that was about 2 feet away from another empty 4 person booth, and they wouldn’t let us move the table 2 feet to accommodate the group… this is one of just three solutions we proposed to the manager. They gave absolutely zero accommodations for our party whatsoever, to the point where all of us felt unwanted at the restaurant.

Completely inappropriate how the manager went about his communication with us as well…. Hopefully whoever sees this has a conversation with this manager about how to communicate with patrons. All of us left the restaurant blown away by what just happened. Maybe whoever sees this can help this manager to understand how to accommodate a party of seven in a half empty restaurant…..

I don't understand why Texas Roadhouse is always packed. Six of us visited on a Thursday at 7:00. We had an hour and a half wait. Two people ordered steak that was not cooked rare vs. Med rare. One person ordered salmon that smelled and was not fresh. One person was a vegetarian, and half the sides still had a meat byproduct on or in it. We had to ask for rolls. We were told there weren't enough. We ended up getting two baskets at the end of our meal. I don't understand why so many people think this is a great place to eat. Our waiter was as good and attentive as he could be, but the food and wait time made me not want to ever come back.

Vegetarian options: Half of the vegetarian options are cooked with chicken broth or bacon grease. Check before you order.

Got on the wait list on my phone and it said 40 minutes, I waited an hour to go inside & have them tell me 10 more minutes. Then waited 15, only to get messaged that my table would be ready soon. They need to give accurate wait times so people can plan accordingly, if it was gonna be more than an hour I would have never went, no point in giving false times when you know how busy you are & can see all the people on the waiting list. Would not go unless If you don’t mind waiting an extended period of time

The “ I love my job” shirt memo doesn’t really go with this person …. Since we all got to the bar.. had a b resting face… never asked what we wanted just wait for me to say what we wanted…. Took one of us to make a racial comment to finally get attention and words in… now I know why the bar was so empty should’ve taken my table reservation instead….

Great service and quick to get food out. Addressed a small issue with the order that food came out quickly and without my asking. Bartender was slightly pushy with the check after meal. I would have had one more drink. Overall great experience.

Texas Roadhouse always makes me happy! Big steak with great atmosphere and service!
One of the best steak with affordable price! I will come back. Thank you beef!
