The croquettes and the worm are very good, the food to my taste, I didn't like it very much, it was very tasteless, the tamale is good but if they added carnitas it would be better. Another thing, the girl who helped me while I was placing my order was on the phone laughing and laughing and that's uncomfortable.
Excellent place, the food a true delight for the palate, ?% Cuban flavor, the guarapo and the exquisite natural orange juice, without a doubt a little piece of Cuba and Cienfuegos in this city ???

Found this little food truck off of I-35 and it didn’t miss. Such an authentic Cuban experience from the familiar customer service to the food and drinks offered. Tried the minuta and it was fried fresh as well as the pork sandwich which was seasoned with a chefs kiss. Will most definitely recommend La Perla Del Sur and will be passing by here anytime i go to Austin to get a sense of closeness to my Cuban culture <3
