I am very disappointed at this business that we frequent often. My sister was there on Saturday April 20th to celebrate her 50th birthday with friends and family. She had spoken to the restaurant at about 5:30 or 6:00 to get on the waitlist for 15 people in which they told her she could not be seated for that amount until about 8:30 p.m. needless to say we waited around until 8:00 or so to go in and check in and finally they go to seat us. There was no way that they could seat us or accommodate us after we had waited all of that time. She informed my sister that she changed her count from 15 to 13 which is not true but even if it had been true they didn't even have the space to accommodate 13 of us properly we were in the middle of the aisles and chairs were set up in the way, a hazard. Then they try to seat us at a table booth for two people and claimed its seats 4. There was another table that was open but they had already promised that to another customer that came in way after we did. I feel like that table should have been ours and you should've made sure to accommodate our party that has been waiting to eat at your restaurant for over 2 hours. the night manager was a lady she was very rude and disrespectful I did not get her name but whoever was working the Saturday night management shift at Texas Roadhouse 15415 S I-35 Frontage Rd NB, Pflugerville, TX 78660 April 20th, she probably should just find a new job because I believe that management could have and should have done a better job accommodating us. There was no apology there was a lot of blame and in all we waited over 2 hours to be treated like trash. We were not given any respect at all and I am very very disappointed in this establishment.

In 2024 , Food was ok. Waiting times..good luck. We've waited 3hours before getting seated. Phone call times need work. Each time we were told 15 more minutes. Ruins the dinner experience if you're in the mood for steak. Reservations and crowded wait lines don't work anymore. You get better service times at Cheddar's next door.

My experience at Texas Roadhouse was disappointing to say the least. The service was abysmal, with waitstaff only bothering to check on our table a measly four times throughout the entire meal. To make matters worse, our drinks remained empty for far too long, leaving us parched and frustrated. If you're looking for a dining experience where you're treated like an afterthought, then Texas Roadhouse might just be the place for you.I have never had this issue before and I hope next time I don’t have to experience this….

Called ahead on friday night at 7:30 for a party of 15. I was quoted our table wouldn’t be ready until 9:45-10pm. Around 8:50 I recieved a call saying our table is ready and to come in I said we only just left and wouldn’t get there in time. The large part coordinator said they can’t hold the tables. I said I understand but I was quoted 9:45-10 almost an hour until our “call time.” She just said if we can try and get there soon. We arrived shortly after and the hostess checking us in was very rude and said they have our tables away. I understood why but that I expected an effort to maybe find a solution to this issue. She shrugged me off and offered no help. We finally sat down an hour later with only an hour to try and enjoy our food. To make matters worse there was a cockroach running accross our booth and the restaurant.

The music is always too loud, meaning the patrons have to talk loudly to visit. Next time, I'm bringing ear plugs. I ordered the fried catfish. What I received were 4 pieces of fried, something that was so overcooked that I had to cut with a steak knife.

Go online and make reservations before you even leave the house!! They do have long wait periods especially on Friday or Saturday nights.. during the week it's not as bad. But to be honest I don't mind the wait because thier food and service is very much worth it.. it's crammed packed in there but the rolls and butter are to die for!! I will definitely be making an effort to come in more often. My meal was big enough to have leftovers so that's a plus. Only downside is they don't have many choices when it comes to the kids meals.. for some reason my kids didn't like thier food and they're not necessarily picky eaters.. maybe just the Mac and cheese was off. I wasn't a fan of it myself. So keep that in mind if you have children.Perfect for date night or girls night out.. but like I said not the best pick for family dinner outtings.
