Catered jerk chicken, ox tails, rice n peas, plantains, steamed cabbage and desserts (banana cake and carrot cake) for a large corporate Black History Month celebration. Yaad Style Nyammings was one of three black owned companies that catered for our 350 person group and was a crowd favorite. Steve was very professional.
