If I could give this bakery 100 stars I would. They are the only bakery I go to when in the Valley. The staff is welcoming, the food is delicious and hector even remembered my name and order months down the line. Amazing family owned business! Check them out if you have the chance

My wife and I were looking for a bakery to enjoy some sweets. We saw this place had very good reviews and was near our house. The cookies were delicious! Also the atmosphere was great. It was very chill and the furniture was very comfortable. I highly recommend Cookie co bakery Cafe!

Congratulations to the owners, Jose and family, of Cookieco! Their exceptional customer service, coupled with their positive personalities, make this place truly special. The atmosphere is inviting, and the Vera Cruz-inspired Lechero latte is a must-try. The chocolate is rich and decadent, and the Apricot Pecan cupcakes are simply divine. With their delightful selection of bakery goods and a variety of barista-prepared coffees and lattes, it’s hard to choose just one thing to order. I highly recommend Cookieco to anyone looking for a great place to grab a bite or a cup of coffee.

My favorite coffee shop in Pharr. Great selection of coffees and sweet bakery items. They also make a delicious avocado toast with a chili aioli that is so very good. Also, a big shout-out to Jose for his friendliness, personality, and courtesy.

I’ve been ordering from here for about a year now and I just had to leave a review today. Every single time without fail, the food and drinks are always perfect. I’ve been annoying all my coworkers today raving about the strawberry matcha and hummus avocado toast I had. So freaking good, made my day. Can’t recommend this place enough. 💗
