As soon as I arrived, it started pouring raining and the cashier kindly ensured everything was covered since I was taking it all to go.
The cupcakes were small but DELICIOUS. I’d gladly pay more $ for flavor than size and they KNOW flavor!! The cold coffees we got were smoooooooth and delicious. 5 stars for sure!

The best cookies and service you will find in McAllen. So much better than Crumbl and Insomnia. I recommend the cookies and cream cookie. My wife loved the white chocolate Macadamia.

QUE DIFERENCIA!!! Went to the trendy crumble cookie place and the experience was horrible (service and lack of product). came to Cookie co and what a difference, the attention is superb, and variety on products ?

Staff was very friendly and had lots of recommendations for drink/pastry options. I tried the matcha latte with 2% milk and white chocolate chip macadamia cookie. Barista was right in that they paired together very nicely and I’m now a fan of matcha.
The environment itself is very trendy but also cozy and seems like a nice place for a coffee date or quick bite. It’s a good spot for cute photos. They do sell their own mugs and tumblers with their logos if you like their brand that much.
Overall I recommend to cookie and latte lovers.

The best customer service! The employees are very sweet and friendly! Love the atmosphere. Awesome selection of bakery goods from the cookies, brownies, to avocado toast! I highly recommend this cafe! Everything is delicious!!
