Normally this Pato is not too busy, but today the drive thru was, slowing the dine in experience somewhat, hence the 4 star service rating. Avocado and rice tacos were delicious! Thank u Pato's!

Most of the time service is great when it's the ladies working BUT if it's after 7pm it's youngish guys and they serve your food like it's a toddler eating! You pay $16 for fajitas and they sprinkle the meat on the tacos like there's a shortage! It's outrageous! The ladies are super nice and friendly and the guys just shove the money onto your hands like you're contagious, no smiles, no courtesy at all!
Waited 30 minutes for 2 breakfast tacos and was given the wrong ones. Super simple order: 2 chorizo egg & bean tacos & was given bacon & egg and egg & beans tacos. Didn’t even bother turning back to get the correct order. Service was incredibly slow even though there were like 3-4 employees working; did not want to wait another 30 minutes just to get the correct order.

I'll just say this, if you want to have a pleasant experience and have the choice to go to the El Pato on 10th St, go there instead. This location is the closest I go to for my lunch break and honestly it's different every time.
I go through the drive thru and 80% of the time I'm (not) greeted by a rude employee with a snappy attitude. While I understand the frustrations of working in a restaurant, I don't condone the disrespectful attitude especially when I'm friendly. I dock points off for the service.
Food wise it's also hit or miss, but overall it's okay. Sometimes when I order tacos and I receive them and open the box, they're just thrown in there or barely have meat. Plus, I can tell when food has been left out for a while and they start to taste a little stale or flavorless. Nonetheless, it's still fairly good and edible.
However, if I had the option to go over the location on 10th St, I would.
