Great place with great atmosphere. The staff is so kind and their food is great.They told me their lemonades are made from scratch with real lemons and real fruit and dye-free. Such amazing peaceful place. Located inside the water dept building ?♂️ ?. They make wonderful tasting food and soups. Forgot to add the house made lemonades they make. ? The whole area is super clean. Highly recommend.... I will definitely come again and again. Happy Health to all...

This little gem is in the Pharr City building, and we missed it the first time by but so glad we turned around and found it! The sandwiches are made especially for you using the freshest ingredients. We had the Pharr Club, Grilled Cheese, and the Florence. I'll post pictures, but they only show half the sandwiches because I forgot to take a picture as soon as they were brought to the table!
